About Me
About me?.....Hmmmm.....Keep in mind that this is my perception of myself. If we ever meet you may think otherwise. I'm an easy going, low key type of guy that very seldom runs hot or cold. I pride myself in my sense of humor, it's very dry and sarcastic. I can take it as well as dish it out and since I don't take myself too seriously there is nothing that you can say that would insult me.
I consider myself one of the lucky ones. I have a job that I love and children that I love even more. I like to think that I put family above all else. There is nothing more enjoyable to me than hanging out with my kids at the pool on a hot Summer day or watching my childrens eyes light up when I turn them on to things I enjoyed doing when I was a kid.
I love music...If you scrolled through my IPOD the first thing that would come to your mind is "Schizophrenic". You would see Glenn Miller and Tommy Dorsey to Iron Maiden and System of a Down. I can find the beauty in the voices of Nat King Cole, Frank Sinatra, Ozzy Osbourne and Ronnie James Dio. I couldn't play an instrument to save my life(unless you can count the air guitar. When no one is looking, of course)but it doesn't stop me from enjoying it when I hear it.
I'm a "HUGE" Baltimore sports fan. I'm a lifelong Orioles supporter.(Not just a 2012 Orioles supporter) My kids swear that I'm messing with them when I say there was a time when the O's were the team to beat. As far as the Ravens are concerned, it's the only time of the week that I try to keep my schedule clear, whether I'm parked in front of my TV with someone special that I enjoy spending time with or at the stadium. It's the one day that enegizes me for the rest of the week.
I would like to meet someone that shares my passion for family, friends, music and sports. Someone who understands that spontaneity is not a word that can be found in my vocabulary for the forseeable future.( Don't take that as me not being able to do anything. I just need to plan accordingly). Last but not least, a person that enjoys being with me for who I am instead of who they want me to be. A person who, when something is bothering them, will tell what's wrong instead of making me turn into the Amazing Kreskin to try to read their mind.

...Big Band era xmas music over contemporary xmas music(Real tree over artificial tree too!!)

...Sitting on the floor as opposed to sitting on the couch(NOTE..I have been trained to sit on the couch when social ettiquette dictates)
