My name is Christine. Currently, I am looking forward to meeting new people to discover new things with. I believe that if you are so focused on "finding that someone" that you end up settling for just"someone.
Looking for someone who is also unique. A man whose character is his greatest asset. I am attracted a variety ethnicity and do not have a preference (my son is 1/2 Chinese). I don't want someone who is perfect, I am far from it. What I do want someone who is always authentic and to feel accepted in my own authenticity.
I am extremely passionate in all areas of my life that matter. I am compassionate, affectionate, and empathetic. I am honest, hard working, loves life, finds the positive in almost every negative, and playful. I am very loyal to my friends, partner, and family. Did I mention that I love to cook??? Yes we still exist... women who can cook ;)
I am very well rounded in my experiences, as well as, in my hobbies/interests and always interested in adding to them. I enjoy doing random things just because. Life has way too many great things to offer to focus on any one thing. I like to plan things, but when plans fail (as they usually do) I am totally spontaneous and go with the flow. I have been known to drive to Sac to watch a 45 min dodge ball game, just to return home :) Call in sick and take the BART into SF with no plans and a pair of tennis shoes.
I am a single mom to a son who is 6 that I have him 3 weekends a month. This is not a bad thing to me at all, there is this fear that all single moms are looking for someone to pay our bills and be a daddy to our kids.
Let me ease that fear...
I am a professional woman who provides for her son, and he has a dad who just happened to be not the right husband. Plus get this... There is minimal drama between my ex & I. We get along the best we can for my son's sake.

So OK.. what's wrong with me?? Too good to be true?? Do you know where I use to live? Middle of nowhere (Merced... but not anymore:-) and I for 10 years I was with the wrong person. It's also hard for me to find someone who is as varied in their interests, as I am mine. I enjoy a lot of outdoor things, but I also need a good balance of the city/indoor things as well. People tend to stay on one side or the other. I like to do & see the varieties life has to offer. Like a kid in a candy store ;)
