About Me
I just recently moved back to the city after a few years abroad working and travelling. I gotta say, this city, it is strange being back here. My stay here is temporary. I'm heading off to Ontario in the fall to start toward some more letters.
I am interested in the atypical, the unusual, the unique. Free spirits and positive people attract me. I have learned to stay away from defensive, moody, depressed people -- life is too short for the drama associated with all that negativity. The religious and conservative trouble me; good luck to you all, but it is not my bag. Life is an adventure and something to be explored with passionate intensity. I have few hang-ups, and fewer inhibitions. I value my independence and respect it in others. I have not managed to find any sort of pond in Regina -- Wascana lake does not count.
I enjoy the CBC and coffee. I miss great art galleries. I miss great bookstores. I miss conversation with interesting people who are passionately engaged with what they do. I hope that I will not miss these things forever.

How about underwater naked Yugoslavian folk-dancing? Ok... not interested, or a bit much a bit too quickly? Well coffee is always a good place to start. A walk and talk through a park can be good as long as there is no thunderstorm and we are not wearing 17th century suits of armor to defend ourselves against malevolent geese.
