I am about 14 months along a Physical Therapy program where I have learned and employed lifestyle/ "workout routine" changes that have slowly taken me from painfull walking on a daily basis to 1hr weighttraining & 30 min cardio sessions on a daily basis with very little pain. The source of this success for me started with mental dedication to going slow but GOING with purpose everyday engaged with the process of Fitness/Rehabilitation. This is why I recently became a Certified Peronal Trainer. It can be easy to let my guard down and start skipping days that easily turn into weeks, etc and then find myself back in pain again SO...It would be cool to meet someone who is active and enjoys the process of improving their fitness areas as a priority for well-being rather than Image. Positivity, gratitude for Life and the amazing people in it are three other attributes that I find attractive in a Woman.
Family is a high priority for me. My two boys (6&4) are AWESOME little dudes! They like to sing along with the radio and also with me while playing the guitar. I enjoy teaching them skills that broaden their awareness of the laws of the physical world as well as of human nature, Self-awareness and the ethics of Honor, Work and Honesty.
