About Me
I like to read...books and people.My music taste is eclectic but you won't find a lot of reggae or country at my house. I rarely like any music that you will find in the charts. I like honesty in music as well as my life. My life without cable has been much better than with. I like NPR and the KRUSH. I love TED talks. I don't like sports unless I am in it but I will turn into a soccer fan every time it is World Cup.I am passionate about politics even though I am not allowed to vote. I like walking, hiking, biking and running. I run close to 20 miles a week and take my bike to work whenever the weather allows it. I am not an exercise freak but it helps me focus. Nature grounds me. Art does too but I am a muse not an artist.I like Movies and TV shows...good ones but I don't like to waste too much time with mindless entertainment. I have been to many different countries when I was younger and I have friends all over the world. I will go and see a symphony once a month and live music whenever I can.
I am intelligent, caring and affectionate. I speak four languages but my french is getting a little rusty. I like to laugh and have fun so a good sense of humor is important. Sarcasm keeps me sane and healthy..
I like being by myself but there are many things I don't like doing on my own and would be more fun with someone who gets me. I like to have deep and meaningful relationships with the people around me so if you are looking for anything else don't bother contacting me because I don't like to waste my time. And I don't really have a type but I have never been very attracted to men who are super skinny. Oh and if you define yourself by what you possess and own we probably won't get along too well.

You will never know if you click with someone unless you actually meet in person. I like meeting new people and making new friends and if there is something there great...if there is not at least you met somebody new. I don't pretend to be a different person than I am on-line and off and I expect the same in return. I don't play games, don't create or attract drama and I prefer to buy my own drinks.
