All right, first off, can we all agree that filling out "About Me"'s freaking sucks? Yes? Everybody? You disagree? Well shut up. Nobody asked you.
Anyway... I'm really just a simple guy. I know I'm supposed to convince you that I'm a super amazing dude that is different from all the rest, but I don't know how much of that is true. I spend most of my time working and the rest either lounging around playing video games or going out with friends for food and karaoke. I'm kinda shy. I'm generally the quiet one of the group, but at times just won't shut up, if I'm with some real good friends. I have all my opinions on religion and God and gun rights and abortion and all that fun stuff, but I usually try to make sure to keep it to myself. Yes, those are important beliefs to know about yourself, but arguments over them are usually way stupid.
So. Segues are weird... I greatly enjoy playing soccer (but you'll probably hear me referring to it as "football" since I'm a bit of a pretentious ass like that.) My sense of humour is definitely what you would call "dry humour." I warn you now, if you are easily offended or am not good at recognizing sarcasm, then you might want to just avoid talking to me.
I really do listen to just about all kinds of music. I don't really listen to much classical/orchestral music, but I definitely can appreciate it. I also don't care for much post-'90s country music and rap/hip-hop is kinda hit or miss for me. For the record: I cannot stand Lil Wayne or Drake.. My favourite bands would probably have to be: Nirvana, Ramones, U2, The Aquabats, and Modest Mouse. I really enjoy going to shows/concerts, but the number I've been to is seriously limited. Yeah, that kinda depresses me , but at the same time it's kinda cool because I've really only been to really great concerts for bands I really like. But, yeah, if you wanna go to a show, that'd be pretty sweet. A thousand bonus points to you if you suggest going to a ska show. Nothing is more awesome than someone who will join you in a skanking circle.
So I'm not huge on watching sports (I find about ninety percent of all sports to be too boring to watch on television,) but for those of you who wonder, the teams I root for are: the Angels, the Niners, and whoever's playing against the Ducks.
Okay, well is anyone still there? Well for anyone who has hung in this long, let's talk about you. Or rather what I'm looking for in you. It's kinda hard for me to say what I'm looking for. I'm not really looking for any sort of exclusive relationship, but then I've never searched for that in my life. To me, it's all about just getting to know someone and if things get serious, well that's awesome. I won't start talking to someone with the intention of dating them. I'll simply start talking to someone with the intention of getting to know them and being friends. I will warn you now (yes, another warning) that my last two relationships did not end well for me, so you'll definitely have to make sure to be extra awesome if you're hoping for things to advance.
I definitely love a woman with some tattoos, but they have to have meaning. Serious meaning. To me, it's just a waste when you have a tattoo because "you like it" or you just went out at eighteen and got it 'cause you could. I don't have any tattoos myself, but if I ever do save up enough money I have one I want to get in memory of a good friend of mine. So hopefully you don't mind tattoos because I promise that will be a thing one day.
I don't have any sort of prejudice or whatever against any ethnicities or body shapes or sizes or anything, but I will admit that generally I find myself most attracted to white females that fit into the "a few extra pounds" and "big & tall/bbw" categories.
Anyway... This has been going on forever and it's probably done more harm than good for me, but if you're at all interested in chatting, then please feel free to send me a line. And, no, that wasn't supposed to be one of those bad fishing puns everybody loves to use on here. But, yes, puns are awesome.
I like to just go out, get some food, maybe a drink, and talk. Get to know each other. Find out what makes you tick and what it is you like to do.
Let's face it: one of my favourite things to do (or maybe it's just a habit) is to go to Denny's at a ridiculous hour, order some shitty food, and bullsh*t until the sun comes up.
Or, I guess if you wanted to do something before midnight, then a simple dinner is always nice. And everybody loves frozen yogurt.
