Congratulations if you made it to this point! Becoming an adult or parent does not mean all the fun stops. The world is a big place and I want experience the numerous societies, and cultures the world has to offer. Rules and regulations are boring and God did not place certain desires in my heart to live a life of mediocrity. I like to live life on the edge and I don't need to get drunk, high, or "groiny" with someone to have a good time.... So who am I?
Well first, I'm a child of God, and nothing in this world is more important to me than my personal relationship with my heavenly father. With that being said, I'm not some holier than thou "Christian". BELIEVE me when I say, I make mistakes all the time. I'm a practical joker who is easy entertained, especially by potty humor. Therefore, if you're easily offended we may not be right for each other. I'm a leader: but not controlling, fierce: but gentle, modern: yet chivalrous, confident: not arrogant, and most importantly I can be a gentleman if you allow it. In other words, I'm unique, one of a kind, and know how to tell a woman I like her without coming off as needy or desperate.
In my spare time I can usually be found reading, cutting up with friends, studying or writing to become a better writer. One dream/goal of mine is to write a book and have it published. Who knew the English language is as complicated as it is?
I have no specific "type" of female I'm attracted to, but I cannot stand an uptight woman or one who doesn’t know how to take a joke. I'm not interested in a club hopper, bar fly, or game player; furthermore, I want a real relationship and have no interest in being your weekend boyfriend. I know my self-worth and will not settle for less than I deserve. Also, yes, I'm willing to date a female with kids, but only if you have access to a babysitter. I don't like wasting my time. If you can handle a person that's unpredictable, then drop me a line and we can chat to see if there is a connection. BTW I'm not a racist. If God doesn't discriminate then I shouldn't either.
UPDATE: If we reach the point to where we want to meet then be prepared to go out as friends only. If you have a problem doing this then I am not the guy for you. This is due to "serial daters" on this website, not because I'm cheap.

First Date
I like to plan the first date but I'm always open to other opinions. Coffee is ok, but dinner and drinks is boring. How about something fun like sky diving, a hot air balloon ride, or the art walk. How about a trip to the museum so we can both get cultured? Or, if you like to talk a lot I may suggest a movie lol.
