Hey! I'm Nicole. I'm 26 and live in Vallejo, CA.
I currently work at an oncology/hematology clinic in Napa. Although it can be sad, it's very rewarding and it has really taught me to look at life in a whole new perspective.
I love animals and have a Chihuahua named Lola. She's a crazy ball of energy and never ceases to make me smile and laugh every day. In my spare time, I love to hang out with friends and family, go out for drinks, walk Lola, go to concerts and sporting events, go on random road trips/drives, or sometimes just hang out at home and be lazy.
I can be quiet when first meeting someone, but I warm up pretty quickly once I'm comfortable. I have been described as an old soul and believe it's the little things in life that matter. I'm not into materialistic things at all. I'm definitely a jeans and t-shirt kind of girl.
I love all types of music, but my favorite would have to be rock. Country comes in at a close second. My favorite band of all time is Seether. I've recently been getting more into the folky type of rock. I know, I look like the girl next door who would probably listen to pop or something like that, but that really isn't me at all. :)
What I'm looking for out of this site is a relationship. I feel like I'm ready to settle down and find my best friend as corny as that sounds! I know what I'm looking for and I'm not one to settle. Some characteristics my potential partner should have are a great sense of humor. I love to laugh and smile, so that's a big one. Someone who is family oriented. I do want kids of my own someday so that's a must. He needs to be responsible and act as an adult when necessary, but not be afriad to let his goofy side out too. I tend to be most attracted to the scruffy type. I love long hair and scruffy beards. (Think Shaun Morgan, Eric Church, Dave Grohl, etc.) You definitely shouldn't take longer than me to get ready! I've never been one for pretty boys or gym rats.
The one physical thing that is a MUST is you have to be at LEAST my height. I won't date someone who is into any type of drugs or drinks alcohol excessively. I would like to meet someone without kids, but it isn't a deal breaker if you do.
