How does one begin to describe themselves?
In my relationships, I prefer that they develop from friendship. I believe that great relationships occur when two people share interests, can talk candidly, enjoy each others company, make each other laugh, and care for each other on many levels. In a lasting relationship, your partner not only sees your flaws, but accepts them and sometimes thinks they are your best traits. Exterior beauty is nice for a while, but it does not last. Eventually what is inside will come out. I have dated some beautiful people who showed me how not beautiful they really were and some that the world would have called okay but were beautiful to me. I care more about what kind of person you are than what you look like or what you can buy.
I am looking for someone who I accept for who they are and they in return do the same for me. I want someone who can give as well as they receive. Someone who doesn’t hold themselves above everyone else, but knows their true worth. Is willing to compromise without giving up everything. Someone who cares for others without neglecting themselves. Someone who will let me take care of them as they take care of me. Someone I can share my deepest darkest secrets with, without them judging me. Someone who wants to spend time with me because I can make them smile like nobody else and someone who likes my cheese ball lines. Someone who wants me as much as they need me in their life and is the same for me.
I am an avid lover of animals with deep family roots. I am naturally athletic but not graceful. I love to laugh and will do whatever it takes to put a smile on your face. I cook well and love a social environment. I prefer intimate gatherings to full blown out parties. I am very personable and like getting to know people. I am loyal to a fault and believe in honesty and integrity. I am passionate about softball and I dabble in photography.
Conversation Starters (i.e. what you'd like to do on a first date...)
I prefer something simple like coffee or maybe meet up for drinks. An activity like bowling, playing pool, a walk in the park or on the beach, or just a bite to eat. Something where we can talk to get to know each other. If things go well, then the next date may get more intimate.
