Hi there, I’m Alex
Hmm… I would describe myself as fun, easy going, and adventurous. I am a self employed landscaper. There is nothing better than being able to work outside all day long. I might go crazy if I were stuck at a desk day in day out…
I like most kinds of music. I’m generally listing to rock or classic rock. But every now and then you’ll find me listing to Lady Gaga or Katy Perry. A few songs by Jonny Cash, is about all the country that I can stand. As for television I like a verity of different shows (mostly on discovery or history channels) but I don’t have any that I just have to sit down and watch when they are on. I’d rather be out doing something fun.
I don’t like touching worms of all things. Strange for being a landscaper, I know. Every now and then I get the urge to dig the Lego’s out of the closet and build something. I have a 6 year old nephew that is full of energy. And he gives me an excuse to play with all my other toys. But the Tonka trucks are the best.
I am also a volunteer fire fighter, which is an adrenaline rush. It’s sad to watch someone’s house burn down. But it is pretty cool to be that close to something have has a mind of its own. We get to play with the Jaws of Life and do vehicle extrications too.
I love helping people. I’m always doing something for my friends and family. My Grandma tries to pay me for plowing her driveway but I tell her to get me a bag of M&M’s instead. I also have the opportunity to go to school to become an EMT in the fall so I am thinking about doing that.
