About Me
I was born and raised in Michigan. Been in San Antonio since May 2011. I have a degree in Digital Media Design but as it turns out, it's more just an expensive hobby. I freelance as a graphic artist/character designer and photographer from time to time.
My passion has always been animal rescue... Not to be confused with 'hoarders.' With the help of some friends I have met along the way, I am hoping to eventually pursue what I really what to do, which is to rescue, rehabilitate and train for service "bully breed" dogs. All the ones everyone is scared of or wants to give up on. I work full time as a Veterinary Technician in the mean time. I have been in the animal field for about 7 years.
I have two daughters. I really like it when people roll their eyes and ignore me, so I became a mother. My kids are and always will be my priority.
I am not a bar rat, I don't do the clubbing thing either. If I have time, a hole in the wall dive bar where I can shoot pool or darts is fine by me.
I like going to the gym but not a gym rat either. I like to work up a good sweat and work out an hour or two about 5 days a week.
I love learning about outer space.
I love animals, better than most people. Dogs are more loyal than most humans will ever be.
I just love turtles... They are slow and don't care. They will get where they are going and seem to be in no hurry to get there.
I am not looking to be ANYBODY's "princess" or "queen."
Don't give me a pet name, I like my name just fine.
The only nickname I have ever gone by is Murphy...
Not looking to have any more kids, if you have kids that's fine but I do not wish to carry anymore. Mine are almost 10 & almost 11.
If my body is a temple, why not paint the walls and do some remodeling?

Most of my piercings I don't wear anymore just because I am in the public eye everyday, which was my choice not my job's request.

First Date
I always find this to be a silly question. Anything where you feel comfortable in your own skin as well as in the presence of a stranger. I like to step away from the cliches... pool anyone? I love it but I am terrible at it. Let's go play some disc (frisbee) golf during the day, or paintball. Nothing like some healthy competition.
I love the Japanese Tea Garden, I am still learning San Antonio so I don't know much about this city yet. But I intend to.
I love movies but movies on a first date seem dumb to me. "Sure let's sit in a theater for 2 hours and not learn anything about each other (other than what you like to drink & if you like butter on your popcorn) and go home and say 'Thanks, that was fun, we should do it again.'"
