I grew up in Dallas but moved to Florida for my career. It has allowed me to visit San Diego, San Francisco, Chicago, New York, Atlanta, Washington D.C., etc. An opportunity presented itself to come back to Dallas and I made the career switch. A lot has changed since I left and I am rediscovering my old/new hometown.
I love trying out new foods/restaurants and I'm not a bad cook myself. That said I hated to see Good Eats get canceled (only reruns now) but I still have my Anthony Bourdain and Diners, Drive Ins,and Dives.
In my spare time, I play kickball, soccer, or volleyball. I am not athletic but I do like to stay active. I would rather play sports than watch it so I am not a guy who can rattle off sports statistics or may know who played for what (Yes that has hampered me at trivia)
I'm not a religious person and am more focused about trying to be a good person in this life for its own sake.
Music wise, I love Pandora and have earnestly used its like/dislike feature to find music I can shake to. It knows me better than I know myself and Pandora has decided I like contemporary top 40 :)
Politics, I am left of center and consider douchebags like Limbaugh and Gingrich as mean, angry people,...'nuff said.
My viewing habits are juvenile and mostly comedic; Family Guy, Misfits, Community, and Simpsons. Though I do like documentaries and nature shows also.

Not a clue, I usually like to talk over drinks first to get an idea of her interests before I plan something specific. No sense having sushi if she is allergic/hates seafood.
