So experience has taught me that nice guys, do indeed, finish last, but at least we do, eventually, complete the race. We just take the scenic route. A couple of wrong turns, backtrack a couple of times, and a few rest stops in between may keep us from getting there as fast, but the lessons we learn & hardships we endure make the reward all the sweeter.
I'm Cecil & I am a single dad. I share custody of my daughter with her mother, but she lives with me. She is most definitely priority number one in my life. I base my decisions on how they will affect her. Having said that, let me also say that I'm most assuredly not here looking for a hook up, one night stand, or any of that nonsense. I would like to meet a woman with a good head on her shoulders, who has her stuff together & knows what she wants. I do not want to rush into anything. Too many mistakes are made by fools who rush in. I would like to take things slow, develop a friendship, & see how things progress from there.
