Updated now that fall is here!
So, brief description; I'm a Mechanical Engineering Technology student at Algonquin college (2nd year). Before coming to Ottawa for school, I had spent four years in the Canadian Forces as an Infantryman. Before that, I grew up splitting my time between the GTA and rural Ontario. I preferred rural Ontario as horses were a big part of my life up until I joined the Army.
I ride a motorcycle as close to year-round as I can, as a daily-driver. Not that I fit the classic biker stereotype, my beard is the closest I'll get. You'll sooner find me dancing in a club than drinking/fighting in a smoky bar. I have a tend to have a dry sense of humour, my jokes generally require the listeners to be atleast somewhat clever. Unless I like you and we get along really well, at which point my sense of humour is somewhat scathing/shock based. Read: I'm a****to my friends, but a FUNNY**** I make up for any perceived slights/oversteps by being a good friend aswell.
I have a plan for my life, perhaps it would be more accurate to call it a framework. The current goal is to end up flying jets, preferably of the fighter kind. Whether that's in the Airforce or through my own business savvy, that remains to be seen. That's a mid-life goal anyways, the endgame is just to be as happy as I can while growing old with someone else (hopefully making them equally as happy aswell).

First Date
Generally it seems that coffee or another kind of hot beverage connection works well. There's no pressure and it's easy to schedule since it can be as short or long as you like. That really only works once, maybe twice, but after that it should be something fun like glow in the dark mini-putt, hikes, galleries, swims, anything that interests both of us and is atleast somewhat active.
