I will start by saying that my schedule can be a bit hectic sometimes but I always make times for those who are important to me. I'm a part-time student for now, after being full-time for the longest time I needed a little break. I also have a part-time job which will hopefully turn full-time when the weather clears up. I'm just a smart, kind, and and generally old-fashioned type of guy. I love going to concerts and try to go to as many as I can. I'm not one for bars usually but they can be fun with the right company. Darts or pool anyone? I discovered a new interest in Theater after taking in a class in school and as such I wouldn't mind a theater buddy if that's your thing. Something about seeing the acting in real time right before your eyes that is so different from watching it on the screen. That's a little something about me. Not fond of filling out a little box so please don't be shy and hit me up and let's get to know each other.
My ideal match wouldn't mind joining me in a road trip to see a limited released movie or downing a cup of coffee or energy drink to go see a midnight movie release. (But please vampires do not dazzle under any circumstances, thanks) She would like to go exploring for new tastes food and isn't afraid to try anything new at least once. Our downtime would be spent together either working on our hobbies or sharing them with each other. Hopefully listening to Metal is one of them, but if not that's fine with me. Cooking together would also be fun. I'm not the kind of guy that shy's away from the kitchen and if you don't cook then I could always use a guinea pig for my cooking. I'll make it up to you if it's a complete disaster, I promise. Lol.
Update-10/01/14: I have finished another 5 weeks of T25. It gets a little easier every time but at the same time that means that I can push a little more harder in my workout. It's probably the most exercise I've ever done outside of my martial arts training. It does get easier and just those first few weeks are the hardest. I feel great and plan on continuing to improve my health. If you have any tips for helping me out or have questions about the T25 workout please feel free to hit me up.
Music-METAL! I am a metal head to the core ever since I was in 4th grade. My older cousin introduced me and I have been hooked ever since. There are alot of sub-types of metal that many people don't know about. Black metal, Death metal, folk metal, thrash metal, power metal, symphonic metal, viking metal and many more. I am very picky about my metal. My top 5 bands would have to be Megadeth, Iron Maiden, Amon Amarth, Eluveitie, and Hammerfall. (not in that order, per say) I do have a few other types of music that I listen too but they are few in number. A few other bands i listen to would be Alestorm, Ensiferum, Korpiklaani, Man o' War, Rammstein, AC/DC, Rob Zombie, Steel Panther, and a few others. If your looking for an introduction into the world of Metal hit me up, I'll be glad to show you that not all Metal is ignorant and barbaric. There can be so much more to the Metal genre if you give it a chance.
On my free time I like watching sweet TV shows, this includes-Game of Thrones, Ripper Street, Orphan Black, Copper (BBC America has got some great telly) Sons of Anarchy, Tosh.O, Burn Notice, Dexter, The Walking Dead, Archer, and Justified to name some. These make great conversation starters. (hint hint) I also like spending time with friends and if I'm not with friends you might find me doing some painting. You'll have to ask if you want to know more about my painting.
My movie list goes like this-We Were Soldiers, No Country for Old Men, The Dark Knight, Predator, Aliens I&II, Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World, The 300 Spartans and 300, Troy, Observe and Report, Drag Me to Hell, Evil Dead (Original), Evil Dead 2, Army of Darkness, Starship Troopers, and The Wrestler. Feel free to ask about other titles cause I have more.
Drop me a line if-you want recommend a new place to eat, visit a museum, discuss metal bands, or if you want to meet someone new.
