well first of all im way less serious then some my pictures let on... i just cant fake smile for pictures and it just so happens there usually is never a camera around when i am
my name's greg, I'm into rock (hard rock, metal, alternative, industrial) muscle cars, and pretty much just having a fun time (going out, staying in, getting lost, whatever), i recently bought a boat and i dont know a helluva lot about boating except what my dad taught me as a kid so i spend most of my weekends tooling around the bay trying to remember which side is port and which is starboard and im also looking to eventually get my pilots license..
if i had my way id spend every weekend night in a low population bar with live hard rock with a pint of Guinness and a few of my close friends,
i work in engineering for the defense industry, my company makes radars and stuff... im good at almost everything i try but im not great at anything, kind of a jack of all trades but master of none.
i came here because i was bored, to find some fun (fun here doesn't imply sex to clarify, not that sex isn't fun but that's not what i meant... did i mention i tend to run off on tangents)---that was a joke. i figure at worst ill have a laugh and at best ill make some friends.
my best quality id have to say is im pretty laid back and i get along with anyone from any walk of life
my worst quality is that i have a hard time taking anything too seriously except human life and animal life for that matter
Favorite books:Beowulf and any other Pagan or Greek literature but honestly the only thing i read these days is Cracked.com
Favorite movies: Brazil, Naked Lunch, Indi films, Mel Brooks, Cheech and Chong, 80's horror/scifi flicks like They Live and The Big Lebowski
Music: Rock and Roll(Megadeth and Dire Straits are the only bands i can listen to anytime over and over again) i listen to Octain, Liquid Metal, Boneyard and Lithium on Sirius Radio. I also listen to alot of Type O and Rammstein
Favorite foods: Red Meat and shell fish, i like to experiment with cooking trying to make original dishes i recently started experimenting with wine cooking... ive also made my own mead and beer (and not with one of those Mr Beery kits)
if i had a time machine id use it to travel to all the most iconic rock concerts throughout history
sometimes when my non-single friends say "your such a great guy, how are you still single" have to hold back my urge to slap them
