About Me
As far as relationships go, I'm looking for a guy who has a decent idea of the path they wanna take in their life and knows how to treat a lady. Someone who works hard and has ambition and goals but doesn't forget how to let loose and enjoy themselves.
So here's a little about me: I'm an easy going, happy-go-lucky person with just the right amount of feisty that keeps people on their toes. I'm the type of person that will speak their mind (respectfully of course) and I do on occasion have an opinion. That being said, if you want a girl who doesn't have a life of her own, I'm definitely not that girl.
I do have hobbies and interests that keep me busy so you'll never have to worry about me being one of those 'stage 5 clingers' who drops everything I like to do to be with somebody 24/7 but I will make time for that special someone. It's definitely healthy to have separate interests and to spend some time apart doing them but it's also fun finding things you can do together too. A short list of my hobbies/interests include reading a good book, watching movies, going to the gym, travelling (which I haven't done nearly enough of) or training for half marathons which I've recently started to love these past few years and maybe I'll run a full one some day. I find I can get pretty restless if I don't have something on the go but don't get me wrong I like to relax and veg out like most people.
I'll tell you something else, I play sports and I'm not too bad at some of them so I hope you can handle a girl who is into them. I grew up playing hockey and I like snowboarding in the winter. In the summer you'll find me playing on two slo-pitch teams. I also like to cook but really love to bake: cookies, cupcakes, cheesecake, brownies, you name it.
I'm a fiercely loyal person and my family and friends mean everything to me. I really value honesty and communication as important qualities along with having a sense of humour because I love to laugh and smile and have a good time. I'm ambitious and driven and have a good head on my shoulders. I take things as they come and roll with the punches.
Simple things make me happy and I like a guy who's willing to make an effort to show some interest in things that I like to do and I am more than willing to return the favour because relationships are about compromise. I also have an awesome job I've worked hard to get and love what I do. Anything else that intrigues you, ask me and I might answer :P Oh did I forget to mention I can be a wee bit sarcastic?
