About Me
Hello to all of you potential readers! I wish I could make you all understand that reading this simple profile will never be able to properly show you just how awesome I am. I suppose I could give you a quick run-down of what I think is true and what I think you want to hear. What I know is true is I'm currently in college working towards my Bachelors in Biology with a minor in Ecology and Environmental Studies. I love marine life and hope to mold my passion into a successful career.
I would say that I'm probably one of the happiest people you'll ever meet, but not in the annoyingly perky way. I enjoy life and encourage others to do the same. I think I'm pretty smart and enjoy discussing subjects that challenge me. I suppose my friends would say I'm pretty funny; they constantly tell me I should have my own show. I'm insanely loyal to my friends and family and they mean more to me than anything in the world. I love football! College and professional alike. I am from Nebraska so I love my Huskers [GO BIG RED!]. Nebraska never had a pro team and I got into the Saints some time ago. Don't diss my teams unless you want to completely blow your chances with me. I'm really just here to make some friends, talk away boredom during late, sleepless nights, and try to restore my faith in humanity [I'm beginning to believe "Idiocracy" is a glimpse into the future].
I love music, but who doesn't? My favorite bands include Tool, Incubus, The Mars Volta, Queen, and many many more. I work at a busy jazz club, so I get to listen to some of the best musicians in New Orleans for free every night! I love to read and my favorite author is Chuck Palahniuk. If you want to know anything else, just ask :) Note: I only said I drink often because I work in a bar surrounded by other bars where all of my friends are bartenders. Because of this, I will have a drink or two with them once I'm off work, but I am not a lush by any means.
I try to give everyone a fair chance, but you will have already used yours if you fail to use at least 9th grade English. Please don't comment on my appearance; give me something to talk about other than a quick reply of "thanks." Alright guys, the ball is now in your court. :]
