I enjoy hiking, camping, climbing, paddling down a river or racing down a mountain. I suppose that makes me outdoorsy. I enjoy watching football in crowded sports bar because the energy is exciting, but quiet time is spent reading or playing boardgames. I'm always trying to learn or discover something new to me. New skills on the learning bucket list are: Mr. fix it around my home; metal working and blacksmith from a neighbor, and slowly sadly self teaching the guitar.
I prefer dinning at the local owned restaurant over the corporate chain. TGIF is only when your traveling in towns too small to have aspiring Chefs.
I can spend all day in a museum or bookstore.
I love real conversations. This is where two people listen, think, and respond in turn. I can discuss film, literature, history and current events with the best of them. I am not an argumentative person but even if I agree you, I like to play devil's advocate just to see what insights that uncovers.
I admire honesty over cleverness. Intelligence over beauty, and humor over determination.
Below I've listed all my faults in alphabetical order.
1. tendency to procrastinate or incomplete tasks that I find boring, tedious or....
2. disliking alphabetical ordered lists
Last thing. This is a dating website that in their title advertise volume. I have no problem with this in the dating process, and hopefully neither do you because you signed up for it silly. So if we start talking, or even meet we don't have to pretend like we are not talking to other people. In that way if and when dating/meeting becomes a regular thing for us, the conversation will not be weird and uncomfortable. 'nuff said?

First Date
First dates should be simple. Coffee and a walk or dinner and drink. Either way it's a chance to get to know someone. Normally I'd like to plan a date but this being a website where we are meeting strangers via the ether; I think the lady should have a little control over where and what we do. Once we trust each other though...hold on!
