About Me
I am an empathic, considerate and intelligent soul-searcher. I seek a deeply meaningful life. I am a great conversationalist who can explore the mundane in the shallows or go deep into existential and spiritual topics. I am also a joker and a trickster with a very irreverent sense of humor and I love to laugh. I use "spicy" language (I often curse not like a sailor but a pirate). I love to shock and awe. I am a man of many interests and talents, with many lifetimes worth of experiences. I crave intellectual discussions. I love to converse and get to know interesting people. I can be outgoing and engaging, and at times I prefer to quietly observe.
I am a night owl and I keep busy pursuing my creative interests. I make drums and paint them with animal totems. I sell my art online and at fairs and markets. I play several instruments and I am the lead singer of the local band, Static Confuzion. I recently published my first novel, Earthkeeper: Awakening at Spider Rock, and I am working on the 2nd book in the series. I teach private music and art lessons. I also work part time as tour guide running trips through Sedona, Grand Canyon, Navajo country, and Apache Trail. I'm so blessed and happy to have found traditional employment doing something I love so much, using my knowledge of native culture and history, and being in nature so often. Obviously I stay quite busy, but I would make time to spend with the right person.
I share custody and spend regular time with my kids, and I devote all of my attention to them when we are together. I'd like to keep my life with them safe from becoming emotionally intwined with any friendship/relationship, as I hope you would do with your kids, until things were to develop into something very serious down the road.
I'd like to meet a compassionate, self actualized woman who is secure enough in who she is to allow me to be who I am. Ideally, we would meet as we are and grow together. She would be beautiful inside and physically attractive to match.

A great date consists of chemistry, connection, intrigue, and great conversation. I prefer first dates to be over coffee or drinks or a meal.
