About Me
Fellas before sending a note please take off your hat and glasses, put on a shirt and have at least 3 pics up....Oh and if Hi Sexy are the first lines of a sentence it will be deleted. Ok here we go...
First and foremost I can say that I am not looking for anything casual, I’m seeking something of substance. A partner that I can build with =)
I have a thing for tall men (At least 5'9)love to laugh so a sense of humor is a must, there is nothing sexier than confidence and a man with good character.
I am a very spiritual person. For me it is a way of life. I do not practice Christianity but respect all forms of religion. I practice an African Spiritual System and have listed a little information about it below. So if that would be an issue or you think you couldn’t date someone long term who does not share the same beliefs then no need to hit me up. I stand strong in my beliefs as I would hope my partner did even if they vary from my beliefs. And yes I do believe in God without a doubt.
I have my own place, and drive/have a car (Please have a car and valid license because I do lol), I do not have children yet but look forward to being a mother some day (when I meet the right person), and I love to cook. I’m not looking for a man who can take care of me I am quite capable of doing that myself. What I am looking for is someone who brings something to the table because I do. Someone who will hold me down as I would do for my man, someone who will be my best friend, my partner, and build something great together. I am very comfortable in my skin and I know my worth. I hope after reading this you can catch a glimpse of the woman I am…Don’t worry Im far from rigid I am just trying to weed out some of the notes I’ve been receiving..I am actually quite silly and if you get to speak to me you’ll get to see that side. Oh one last thing before I go… If you live in NY or PA and would like to get to know me cool but be prepared to travel to NJ. Best of luck fishing ;-)
As you can see I listed Yoruba, Ifa, Orisha in my interests and have gotten some questions about it so here is a quick breakdown:
What the Yoruba Believe:
There is One Supreme God
There is no Devil
Except for the day you were born and the day you are supposed to die there is not a single event in ones life that cannot be forecast and if necessary, changed.
Your spirit lives on after death and can reincarnate through blood relatives.
You are born with a specific path. Divination serves as a road map to your path.
Our ancestors exist and must be honored, respected and consulted.
The Orisa (forces of nature) live within us and deal with the affairs of men.
You must never initiate harm to another human being or to the universe, which you are apart of.
Spiritual, physical, mental, and emotional realms of our existence must all work together and be balanced.
Sacrifice guarantees success.
