About Me
To start, my photos are current. I'm told I look better in person, but the photos will have to do for now :-) I find animation, body language and voice add a much nicer dimension than a still photo.
I did not have my readers on so I clicked the wrong birth year. I am 49, not 44, after 2 weeks POF doesn't allow you to change it. That being said...I prefer 40-53(if older,younger in appearance and active may work too). I've been genetically blessed with youthfulness and high energy so most people guess me under 40 so the men I attract when I'm out and about are typically in their early to mid 30s. The question I am asked most is why am I on a dating site, the reason is I would like to meet someone I consider an appropriate age range for myself as I stated I don't tend to attract that age when I'm out and about in my daily life. I am looking for a long term relationship, not a boy toy. I also want someone I can grow old WITH. Attraction is a must, but I am not impressed by muscles and beauty if there is not substance within and a mind. I'm not in a rush, I'd like to get to know each other and see what develops from there. I do have a 6' and taller preference so that I can wear my heels and feel comfortable together, wish I didn't as I've seen some very attractive and nice profiles. I've tried ,just doesn't work for me and that stinks since the avg male is 5-10. I would like a non smoker and someone that is healthy and takes care of himself. There is so much to see and do in this world and I need someone in my life that is able to participate with me.
Being athletic I love to play all types of sports, hike and do some moderately extreme sports. I am very adventurous and spontaneous. I love the outdoors, TRAVEL, fine arts, charitable events, volunteering, live music venues, theme parks/roller coasters, dirt bikes/4 wheelers and flying. I'm as comfortable among the homeless when doing out reach as I am at a formal function and everything in between.
Family and friends play a big role in my life.
I am extremely romantic and passionate and want to be "swept off my feet" by the one who looks at me with that look, kisses me with passion and wants to be showered with affection.

The man that holds my attention will be able to "kiss me goodbye and wish me well on my travels" but I'd prefer he "surprise me and off we go"....My schedule is flexible. I love romantic getaways...it's all up to us.
I love to cook together and curl up with my partner at night to watch a movie. THAT is my single most favorite thing to do...well almost :)
