As per formatting rules of unwastefulness printed above (though probably not where you can see anymore)...:
1) I work for the Navy which means that I don't really have a whole lot of time for hobbies. I do, however, like to mountain bike, play guitar (poorly), read, and drive a lot.
2) I would one day like to not work for the Navy. I want to travel to different countries (one reason for joining the Navy) and see what the hell is out there. Not the most original goals, I know, but I have to stick to my guns. Apparently I'll be stuck in Newport News for a while though (not something I'm particularly happy about).
3) I'm at a loss of words on this one. Unique is a matter of the mind, and I don't believe I can adequately measure, let alone divulge, what makes me unique. I'm not the brightest in the world, but I'm not the dullest. I live a hectic life, but don't we all..? I have hopes and dreams, just like the rest of the world, but I am a realist and, as such, know that some dreams were meant to remain just so. I'm straightforward; social games confuse me (so **** 'em). I'm socially awkward and don't normally dig conversations about nothing. But, I digress.
4) I love rock, classic rock, metal, blues, jazz, classical, some folk (Irish mainly), and a little classic country. I won't name bands here, because that just seems juvenile. I like what I like in these genres, and don't care about the others.
Honestly, a good first date for me would be going out for coffee at any place (as redundant as it sounds: all good coffee is good), going to eat (I don't really care where; as long as the company's good, the food and atmosphere will be good too), perhaps watching a movie, and chilling elsewhere. I'm not extravagant, over the top, or fancy, I just like having a good time and letting the night determine destinations on the fly.
