About Me
A single mother of two wonderful kids ages 6 and 12. The older child is with me full time and the other goes back and forth between his father's house and mine. I completely love my job and work very hard and have been between the radio and technology industries my entire career (30 years now). Working in radio is a great career, though I haven't been on the air enough lately. Marketing and events takes up a great deal of my work time, when I'm not working on side projects...like, writing an historical novel, working on a movie, an album deal and dealing in antiquities. I love to garden, cook, listen to music, walk, play, swim...may things I love to do but I'm doing them all alone these days. My children and work have been the center of my life but as they are getting older and getting more busy, I'm finding that I have a lot of "alone" time and I'm ready to spend it with someone special.
Looking for a mature man, someone that enjoys going out (I haven't done that much at all in the last 6 years), someone that enjoys and has a good sense of humor (look up Eddie Izzard -- if you can handle his humor, we'll be just fine), someone established in his career, and someone that is chivalrous.
Though going out is fun, I don't drink that much so the bar scene isn't really for me. Going to dinner, a play, a movie, or seeing some live music is more my style. Dancing is good too.
My life is full with my kids, my jobs and my side projects but I'm finding that I want more. I would like to meet someone that I can spend time with and develop a friendship with that will hopefully lead to more.
Church is not for me necessarily, but I'm very spiritual.
