About Me
It's weird writing about yourself, I'm never sure what I should put in here.
I love all types of music and when I'm not listening to or playing music, I have it in my head. I like to jam with my band a couple times a week and will eventually begin to play out with them.
I have a great family and I have a good, healthy relationship with both my parents and I enjoy spending time with them. I have great friends that I enjoy spending time with. My job allows me to meet a lot of people from all over the world and I can say that I know people from every continent in the world! :)
I'm looking for a woman who wants to fall in love and have a family. Someone who is friendly, warm, kind, laid back, loving, happy, and doesn't like to play head games. I'm looking for someone to share adventures with, to grow old with.
I've been described as even-tempered, warm, and friendly. There is a whole lot more to me than what can be summarized in a small text box. I am a chubby guy, but I'm working on getting back in shape and have been going to the gym 3 nights a week for the last few months.
I have a career that I've worked hard to get and I would consider my self successful, despite the fact that I'm not wealthy. When I'm not working at Syracuse University as a computer nerd, most of my spare time is spent working on my house, tinkering with electronics, or playing with my band. I also love to read and watch movies. If the weather is nice, I like to take my dog for walks in Camillus park, Erie canal, or Onondaga Lake Park. I like the occasional video game too, but am not obsessed with them like a lot of people are. I have no problem turning off a game to go have fun somewhere. :) I have a pet dog that you will adore; a little Schnauzer named Elsa.
I love to read and do so regularly. I also like to write short fiction as well.
As far as movies go, I'll watch just about anything with a good story, but I prefer to watch comedy and horror movies. I love a good documentary now and then too.
Musically, I'll listen to just about anything except for 99% of all country music and rap. I love Billy Cobham, Phish, Mahavishnu Orchestra. Especially Phish, I've seen them about 7 times and was at the Clifford Ball. They're definitely my favorite band.
I love to cook and know how to grill a steak perfectly. Salmon too. I like to brew my own beer and make a fresh batch a couple times a year with my father.
