About Me
I am easy going, laid back down to earth sort of guy. I'm most comfortable in blue jeans and a t-shirt but have no problem dressing up for a special event. Through the years, I have learned that it truly is the "simple" things in life that mean the most to me. I enjoy photography, hiking, country drives, sunrises / sunsets and just about anything outdoors. I enjoy concerts, fairs and festivals, good dinner at a nice restaurant. I have had full custody of my 19 year old son for around 12 years now but he will soon be starting college. I am also a small business owner which takes up a great deal of my time.
I'm always working on building my business as well as business clientele. Still raising my 19 year old, although it's a lot different now than it used to be, he may not admit it but he still needs his dad. :) Just trying to enjoy every day as it comes and make the best of what hand I am dealt.
However I would love to meet that special someone who I would always be more than willing to make time for. I enjoy a simple walk through the park, dinner out and a movie or just p/u pizza, chinese food, Chipotle or whatever sounded good, taking it home and curl up on the couch, maybe a fire in fireplace and enjoy a movie together. I've always said when asked "What are you looking for in a woman?" and I guess my answer would be a " woman who wants me, doesn't need me." There is a big difference between needing and wanting. IMHO. Everything is better in life when it's shared with someone special to you.
When two people become a couple, they remain two people, with two personalities, there are no two people with the exact same interests, same goals, same. The difference is when two people become a couple, they are willing to overlook those little imperfections, idiosyncrasies about each other and accept and grow to love and enjoy those differences to the point that they compliment each others personalities. One of the most important things in a relationship is to accept each other as they are and not try to "mold" them into what you would like them to be.
Favorite movies:
Shawshank Redemption, Pulp Fiction, Christmas Vacation, Scarface, Bucket List, Overboard, etc.
As far as food:
I like Italian, Chinese, Mexican, and just about anything I can throw on the grill.
(everything tastes better when it comes off the grill)
As far as music:
My mood changes as my music changes or
My music changes as my mood changes~
- Enjoy a lot of Classic Rock:
Tesla, Nickelback, Shinedown, Seether almost anything but cRAP!

First Date
So many people believe a first date should be just a quick meeting for lunch, coffee, **adult beverages while others believe it should be somewhere you may go and talk for hours if things are "clicking." I believe this is something you need to discuss with your date and come to a mutual agreement where you are both comfortable with the set up, whatever that may be. Communication! ;)
