Caution; long read here. Giving you the full Monty so you know what you are getting into...good day.
Just finished school in Portland (one of the best places I've lived ever) and back in Yakima now where plan on living for a while. I'm a traveling tech so I'll be gone a week or so out each month until a more permanent location opens up over here. I love my job which allows me travel all over the country and gives me the freed0om to come home and be with familyo. I'm a tower climber for AT&T contracted through the Depart. of Defense. I worked hard for this job but pilan on going on the business side of it cause its a very demanding job on my body.
I am very picky on who I let into my life so I keep the close ones close and the rest I consider acquaintances. Rather have a few bad-ass friends then a whole bunch not so bad-ass. Ideally I want to find someone that will be my best friend, someone that knows when I had a good day or bad without me having to tell them. Yes I want to settle down finish the life we both have created for ourselves.
I'm well spoken, educated and talented in many areas. I received my B.A. at CWU in Safety and Health Management and minored in Occupational Health Technology and I.T. After CWU I continued my education at Portland State in the communication industry which have found it too be very rewarding.
I'm a very active guy that loves all sports and loves to be involved in any out door activities; mountain biking, kayaking, hiking, climbing, etc, etc, etc. I aspire to better myself and looking for that in my significant other. I like intellectual conversations. I don't like to be taken advantage of and want someone that values honesty, a trait hard to find these days. I want a grown up. Someone that can incorporate their life with mine and mine with theirs. Basically someone that has a great heart and understands the value of respect. You must strong in mind and soul to be with me.
Humor, you must have it. I love to joke around; it's the best form of medicine. Traveling is another item on my list. There is so much out there to see and learn. Staying at home and watching a movie or playing a board game is also great. We must have the ability to entertain ourselves. Me time with the misses is always needed and appreciated.
I love to travel so if there is some place you wanna see I'm all for that. South of the boarder is one destination this year and Europe as well. Gotta be warm though.
Other things are karaoke, bbq's, discovering a new wine, going to a play (that's important cause it's a huge passion of mine and one of my majors), hiking, biking, kayaking etc, etc, etc. At least be willing to try these out. I'm open minded so that means whatever you bring to the table means I'll give it a shot as well.
If life goes the way I hope, I'll find that special someone that will complete the harmonious life I've already started. My dream would be to come home to a family that enjoys being in each others company just like you see in those black and white films of the past. Call me old fashioned.
