About Me
Well hello there. This is my first time at this sort of stuff so please excuse the lame attempt at "selling" myself. Here goes!
I'm a British Born Chinese, who grew up in Stockport (The Slums), Manchester. I'm a solar-powered, chilled out and laid back character and quite shy to begin with but once I'm over that initial period then all sorts come out and I can talk rubbish :) What you see is what you get with me and am a very genuine and honest guy.
I enjoy an active lifestyle and have an interest in snowboarding, scuba diving, cooking, photography and films. I used to enjoy playing lacrosse but unfortunately my job means that I'm not allowed to. :( I generally like R'n'B, Hip Hop, Chinese, Korean and Japanese pop, however I've been introduced to the delights of The XX, The Script, Kodaline etc recently which has been brilliant and would love to see them in a gig sometime! I have however been to an Usher, Joe, Boyz II Men, Brian McKnight and Alicia Keys concert which I have to say were incredible and were completely blown away by their voices!!! Recently I went to see the Red Hot Chilli Peppers at a gig, which was immense and Coldplay in Manchester which is without a doubt the best show/concert I have ever ever been to! Even if you don't appreciate Coldplay you should go and just...watch the show in awe.
I enjoy traveling and was thinking of doing a cross-america road trip next summer, but I may need to delay it as I need to recruit more people. Please do message if you're interested! :) I did California and the West coast and it was one of the most amazing trips ever! I also frequently visit Hong Kong, which I do love as I get to see my friends and family over there...oh and of course the foooooooood!! My recent adventure was actually going to Italy to do some snowboarding, which ended up being quite traumatic considering I fell flat on my face which meant I had a swollen lip for the rest of the holiday but it was definitely worth the pain! Also due to visit Bali for a friends wedding and have a plus one available if anybody's free?
I am a family orientated guy and having stayed away during my time at University and during my working life, nothing beats a good family reunion be it at Christmas or birthdays. Oh, and I have a gorgeous little niece who is 3 years old and is the cutest little thing ever...I guarantee you'll fall in love with her if you ever meet her, and a newby who was just born in March this year!
I'm looking for someone who's down to earth with similar interests, shares my love for food and we'll see where things go. If you're still reading then well done! :) I want somebody who can speak their true mind to me.
