I am an educated, Hispanic woman who loves to make the most of each day. I am in grad school and am looking for someone who is also working on being the best he can be. When I am not working, I like to spend time with my teen & pets, volunteer in the community or curl up with a good book. I love to dance and enjoy all types of music. I love my country dearly, so I find myself attracted to those who defend the US and its ideals (military, police, firemen, teachers).My favorite books and movies are action filled, usually thrillers. First Date
A great first date is one in which we can get to know each other without much presure.I know many prefer the low-risk, low-pressure idea of coffee or dinner, so I'm fine with that. However, I'm a "jump in with both feet" kind of girl who prefers to get to know you in action!!! I prefer hiking, rollerskating, sporting events, or volunteer activities, where I can see how you treat others and what you can handle. One of my best dates was when I went hiking with someone I'd been seeing for a month. We decided to let him meet my child, who was 4 at that time. I ended up having an allergy attack and he had to rush me to the hospital and babysit my child while I was under treatment. Things didn't work out between us, but we are still great friends to this day. In that one date, I got to see his true character in ways a two-minute profile could never show me. That's the kind of stuff I live for! So be creative! Surprise me! Show me how you can provide a life time of excitement and adventure!!
