Hi, I'm Chris. Rather than clump my life story into this space, I've decided to break it up. Here's a little bit about me:
When I was little, I wanted to be an astronaut or a professional golfer. I'm 31 now and not either of those things.
I come from a unique family. My dad was a professional power lifter and world record holder for squat for a short period. My mom was a singer back in her hay day - I have her songs on my phone. I have an older brother who owns his own business and also drag races motorcycles professionally. My younger brother drinks tea and plays drums all day. I love them both dearly.
I've been known to walk into a bar and play the same Meatloaf song multiple times in a row - just to see how many people will leave.
I can watch the "I like turtles" video 1000 times and still laugh at it.
Every once in awhile, if the mood calls for it, I'll throw in a cassette tape.
I'm a self-proclaimed "badass nerd". I was in Marching band back in school but that doesn't mean I wouldn't punch a guy in the stomach if he had it coming.
If I could describe myself as a fruit, I would be a pear - but not because I have a tiny head and a huge ass. Pears have that gritty texture. They're usually pretty beat up on the outside and there isn't really a uniform shape to them. Most people forget about the pear... until they get sick of the same old apples and oranges.
Anyway, send a message if you want to know more about me. If I don't respond within a few days, I probably won't at all. Don't be offended.
I hope this was different.
Conversation Starters (i.e. what you'd like to do on a first date...)
On a serious note - I recently moved to the west side of Madison and looking for someone to spend my free time with. Not a huge bar guy unless there is something interactive to do along with it - Pool, darts, or trivia would be great, especially if we can team up and win some free drinks. Always open to other creative suggestions as well. Rarely shy away from the crazy and spontaneous.
** if we make it to the third date, there will be a secret that I'll have to tell you.**
