I think guys sometimes find me intimidating because I put myself through school and graduated with my masters degree when I was 22. I have a great job with room for advancement, own my own home, and am looking for someone with the same work ethic, drive, and passion as I have. I need a guy who's established and at the same point in his life as me.
I enjoy cooking, baking, reading, and spending time with friends and family. I have a big family and I like spending time with them. I work full-time in education and love my job; however, it's always nice to get home, curl up on the couch, and relax. I love going out for a night on the town, but enjoy having a night in too. The Detroit Tigers are my guilty pleasure and try to go to as many games as possible.
I eventually want to get married and start a family; that's really important to me. I'm looking for a guy who's honest, caring, passionate, fun, spontaneous, and loving. I want a partner in life; we both need to be independent but still compliment eachother. I want someone to make me laugh, listen to me when I cry, and appreciate my strengths and accept my wweaknesses.

There are so many good ways to get to know a person! Something traditional along the lines of coffee, lunch, dinner, or drinks can be a great way to get to know each other. However, I'm also a fan of fun dates such as a sporting event, bowling, music concert, etc.
