I am a licensed acupuncturist with a thriving private practice in Santa Cruz.
I go to the gym most every morning and enjoy it.
I eat healthy vegetarian meals every day. Lunchtime for me includes an hour or more in the redwoods most days, engaging in spontaneous qi gong and quiet reflection.
