About Me
If you want honest, just read-between-the-lines (below). If you're about money, find someone else. If you're a potential partner and wife-for-life, read on.
I don't have a full-time job (but I always seem to find work). I have about five part-time jobs and frequently set my own schedule. Your days off can usually be my days off....that’s nice. Day trips, mini-vacations, family activities, etc.
I'm in and out of jail (although I've never been arrested). I don't drink, but drop by multiple bars 3 to 4 times a week. Think "Public Safety". Think Red, White (spot light) and Blue. And yes, I’ll sneak up behind you! In your case....it’s just for a hug or maybe a kiss (or both). [But not on a first date....or even a second.]
I have over $160k of debt, but I'm not really in debt. Rental property can be a real pain! Fortunately, the maintenance guys do most of the work, but not always. So, could you find a pipe wrench in the tool box if I needed it? There aren’t that many units (8) and I’m not sure I want any more. Just so ya know: people are now having difficulty paying their rents on time and I try to work with them.
I still go to school, although I'm not pursuing a degree. Kids are great! We should all have as many as we can afford (lol). Fortunately, I get paid to be with these. I have a “Master in Teaching” degree and I am certified to teach K-8. I substitute teach for now (K-8). I have in the past taught (and will again teach) preschool through college.
We can talk about the other “jobs” (businesses) later if you wish.
By now I’ve scared off most of you. That’s ok, because I’m only looking for that ONE and ONLY. Maybe you?
