About Me
I am currently a student and hope to one day get a degree in accounting (I know, very exciting stuff) but what can I say? But, just because I like numbers does not mean that I am boring-- I have a good sense of humor and love to make people laugh, and I would like someone who could do the same for me. :) There is nothing I find more attractive in a guy than his ability to make me laugh. I love to laugh and have fun and I always try to see the best in people.
I love watching movies and reading books but who doesn't like to do those things in a civilized society? If I had to pick a favorite book, then I would probably say "The Great Gatsby" by F. Scott Fitzgerald. My last read was "The Night Circus," which is a great read.
I couldn't possibly pick a favorite movie, I love everything from 'The Philadelphia Story' to 'The Avengers.' Truly, anything goes.
I love all kinds of music but my all-time-favorite band is Queen. (Who doesn't love Freddie?) My iPod has a little bit of everything, though I must say that I am really enjoying Imagine Dragons right now.
I also like to keep up with the news, meaning that I watch The Daily Show and Colbert Report every day.
My guilty pleasure is that I am kind of an Anglophile, which means I love things that are British, like Jane Austen, Monty Python, Downton Abbey and any other BBC Miniseries.
If you have not guessed yet, I love pop culture and make references to it all the time.

First Date
My idea of a first date would be to get a coffee or a meal...anywhere that we could talk and get to know one another.
I don't think I could possibly stand the pressure of going to see a movie with someone I don't know; like, you could end up talking through the whole movie, or you could be one of those people who leave their cups behind. No, I think a nice casual face to face meeting would be the best.
