About Me
Coming from New York, hardly makes me unique in this city. Friends and family are very important to me. I am still best friends with people that I have known for over 45 years. I have been told that I am very funny and they ask why am I not a stand up comedian. Having a great sense of humor is very important, so is the ability to be able to laugh at yourself. I like to be able to talk about almost any and everything to anyone who will listen to me, except maybe rocket science or sub-atomic particles. I am a voracious reader and my thirst for knowledge is neverending.
Some of my friends say that I have more useless information stuck in my head, but I can always find a way to use it, especially if I'm watching Jeopardy.
I also like to go to the gym, golf, ski, or go to a good movie or play. I'm adventerous. I will try almost anything, except skydiving and bungee jumping. I thought about going to cooking school and becoming a chef, but if I'm going out, I'll leave the cooking to someone else. I do know my way around the kitchen and I've been told that I'm a pretty good cook. Cooking for two is more fun than cooking for one. I need someone to share the wine or****ails. Nobody likes to drink alone, except maybe George Thorogood.
My taste in music is all encompassing, from early blues, jazz and rock and roll to much later blues, jazz and rock and roll. In reality I can get excited about any type of music. In my prior life, I was involved in the music business. and worked with many of the top bands, but my favorite was Muddy Waters. Like many, I've had to reinvent myself over the years.
I am looking for a woman who is full of life, and someone to be the ying to my yang.
