About Me
So...about me...I am a single mother to a beautiful 5 year old boy. No, the father is not in the picture...Long story...but it's for the best. I am now a full time student at the University of La Verne obtaining my BS in Child Development and will be graduating this year. I will be continuing school to obtain my Master's Degree. Yes, I am a smart cookie. ;)
Speaking of cookie, I also have my own small baking business from home. My specialty is making custom cakes; kind of like Cake Boss, but on a smaller scale =) I've always wanted to be a patisserie chef but never had the means to pay for the schooling, plus, I started going to school to learn child development. I am self taught, but very much motivated to learn the next best thing.
I ultimately want to be a counselor or therapist for children and families. I want to be an advocate for those children/teens who don't have a voice. My goal is to become a teacher once I finish my BS and then a guidance counselor once I obtain my Master's Degree. I am someone who genuinely cares and will speak up for my students.
A little more about me, not to toot my own horn but, I have a really good, positive, and welcoming personality. I get along with just about anyone. I'm a huge Dork! :-P I have a sense of humor...I like to laugh and make others laugh. I am that girl you take home to mom. I am not one to cause a scene in public. I am very family oriented. I love to go out dancing and just have a good time. I do get very busy at times, but for the right person, I'd make the time :-)
I know how to treat a man. I'm as real as it gets. Don't judge me on my pics because that isn't who I am; it's just what I look like. Get to know me by having a conversation with me before you judge me. I can guarantee that if you give me a try, you will not be disappointed!
