I'm an honest, fun loving, intelligent (or so I like to think) guy who appreciates that chivalry isn't dead. I'm looking for a girl who is honest and caring like I think I am, but has a strong will. Someone not afraid to voice their opinion and who likes to talk.
I think lying takes up way too much energy trying to remember all the little details. So I won't lie to you, I just ask you don't lie to me. Common courtesy.
A little bit about me.
I own my own house, own my car, and have a decent job working in the information systems department for an ER staffing company. I like taking road trips, driving along with the windows down, music up, heading for some destination I've not been to yet. Or enjoying a bonfire on a beach, watching the water lap against the shore, playing some beach volleyball or splashing in the water. I like to read, drive to random destinations, play a round of mini golf, enjoy a night in just cooking dinner and cuddling up watching a cheesy movie. I love to cook, hike, wander around museums or a zoo, people watch/window shop in a mall, or play Frisbee or soccer. I enjoy a picnic lunch where you just lay in the sun talking after. I also love to be on or in the water. Lakes, streams, a swimming pool or just relaxing and having a water gun/balloon fight! I like all types of music! Life is about having fun! I'd just like someone who is along for the ride.
Generally I find that no matter what you would like to do on a first date or how creative you might like to get, most people that you are meeting for the first time off a website would prefer to do the Dinner, Movie, or Getting coffee and talking first date. If I had a choice, depending on the time of year, I think it might be fun to get out of one's comfort zone on a first date. Dinner and a movie is all well and good, but why not take a hike, play a round of mini golf, take a walk through a zoo, or go para-sailing? At least if the date doesn't work out, you got to have some fun.
