Welcome to my profile. My friends would say that I am someone who is loyal, funny, and hard working. I love to laugh. I work in the restaurant industry and in my final year at completing my degree in Hospitality and Tourism management. I have already completed a diploma in Culinary Management. I am planning to enroll into a MBA program in my field of work. I am a foodie and I enjoy cooking. To me is very fun and feels rewarding when the people you're cooking for really enjoyed themselves because of my food.
I come from a large Italian family and raised Roman Catholic.
I like to keep busy. I am learning how to play the guitar. I have starting running again. In addition to running, I go to the gym a few times a week.
I am going to school full-time while working in the restaurant industry. One day, when I have a million dollars, I will open my own restaurant in my hometown. There are mostly chain restaurants in Brampton.
Also, I am a full-time uncle and those little monsters take up a lot of my time. It's hard work being the favourite zio (uncle in Italian). I used to coach soccer to younger kids. We have a great time having fun together. You can be surprised what you can learn from them. I enjoy playing golf. I know I am no good at it (lower score ever was 93), but I have fun. Golf is a good walk spoiled.
I enjoy reading and learning new information. If hear about something new or about a book that sounds interesting. I will add it to my list do some research about it or buy the book and read it.
