I'm starting a new career teaching software. I love watching people learn and helping them do it. I also play music, sing and act.
I like to go to the theater, live music and movies. For fitness I like climbing. I love to hit the road, and there's still a lot of the wide world I'd like to see. I'm a city boy by nature, but I also LOVE to get out where it's green & wide open, go kayaking, hiking, fall asleep on top of a mountain. (Last time I did that, I got woken up by a bear.)
I have strong opinions, but I'm open minded. I'm always looking to learn more. I try not to judge people, even people I have to fight (like, ya know, Republicans). I need passion, fun and serious purpose in my life, but I'm also practical about paying the bills. I am passionate about music and theater, the truth, making the world better for everyone, about doing my best, about love. Maybe I'm a little too passionate sometimes -- not about love ; ). I always try to have a sense of humor about myself and life in general. Usually I succeed.
