About Me
I am a positive, compassionate and perhaps a little bit demanding woman looking to meet someone special. I tend to try to focus my time on the things and people in life that make me happy, laugh or at least give me something new to learn and think about! My friends and family mean the world to me and I always try to go the extra mile for those who matter the most in my life.
I love my job and probably spend more time at work than I should, but it is such an engaging, dynamic and exciting environment! Not a single day goes by without me learning something new. I am finishing up my Masters this summer, which has been an interesting experience in trying to find the right kind of work-life-school balance! I do a half-decent job most of the time, but like anything it's a bit of a work in progress.
I love to travel and have lived internationally since I was 8. At some point in the future I would love to get back to expatriate life, but for the time being I am incredibly happy and fulfilled living in Vancouver.
I would like to find someone to go on exciting new adventures with and spend relaxing nights in with, and feel equally comfortable with both! I love good food, great wine, movies, music, stimulating conversation, hockey and am open to new experiences. I'll also let you in on a little secret: Guys with good old fashioned gentlemanly manners kind of make me weak in the knees! Promise I won't swoon though!
