Moved back to the area in late December after living in California for about a year for work. I tend to be fairly outgoing and am open to new things. I am fortunate to have a close relationship with my brothers and their children and also find it convenient that I can use the small people as an excuse to visit the zoo whenever I want or get slaughtered at Wii Sports (seriously, it's demoralizing to get the pants beaten off of you by a six year old). I work in the ER and am glad to be done with law school. I keep saying this will be the last degree, but I said that after the last one too... In my defense, I've been doing the nursing thing for well over a decade and am attempting to use the JD within the healthcare setting.
I've also been a bit of a nomad and have lived in NY, NC, FL, VA, CO, AZ, WA, MD, CA (San Diego, Los Angeles, and San Francisco areas) and, of course, MO, all within the last 10 years. I enjoy showing off my truly horrifying golfing skills and seem to have developed a fascination of doing touristy things and visiting historical sites. I figure just working one full-time job will give me a ton (comparatively speaking) of free time and so am hoping to get back into hiking and climbing. If you know of good places to go or even a nice day hike, I'm always open to new ideas.
