I'm a cubs fan... otherwise known as an eternal optimist!
I have been told I have an infectous laugh, make the best desserts, am super funny, the best aunt, have nice teeth, cook great macaroni and cheese, have good shoes, and smell like flowers and oranges. Most of these comments come from my nieces and nephew ... so they are somewhat biased, but they are pretty smart kids!
All the spanish I know comes from listening to the mexican radio stations and ordering food around SD
I recently started doing yoga which I thought would make me all zen and calm... unfortunately, it is very hard to be zen and calm when you are too worried that you will fall over and knock your teeth out or break your nose. I am getting better - oddly enough, I struggle at some of the regular standing on one foot and balancing poses... but I can do the ones where I rest my shins on my elbows and just stand on my hands just fine! I'm a pretty open, honest, playful, fun loving person. I think I still look at the world with some wonder and amazement at what is possible.
