About Me
Hi, I'm an easy going, low maintenance gal, likes to enjoy life both actively and as a spectator. I was raised an Air Force brat and then did 4 yrs myself. I lived in Berlin, Germany when the wall was up, really loved it there! Also lived in Hawaii though do not remember much as I was little. Lived the majority of my years here in Florida. I worked for the USPS for 12 yrs, EMS/Fire rescue for 4, and Hospice for the past 10. I have a Bachelors degree in criminal justice which is a field I am interested in.
I find our universe fascinating and was privileged to have heard a lecture by Carl Sagan, would love to hear one by Michio Kaku!! My bucket list is infinite, though the Smithsonian is on the top of it, along with viewing the Aurora Borealis/Northern Lights. I have tremendous respect/fondness for animals/wildlife. I still rescue and work with animals once in a while. I enjoy a wide range of likes: books, horseback riding/bikes (though never get to anymore), shooting, bowling, pool, would love to try flying kites, just saw some people doing it, looked like fun. I'm always open to trying a new activity. Just having fun watching the sunset/rise with either an ice-cream cone, glass of wine or a beer, movie/popcorn (home or theater), most anything!?!...sharing each others likes. Music: oldies, c/w, rock, not rap, blues or hard rock. Movies: sci-fi, action, adventure, animated, Disney, comedy. Favorite food: pizza- ham/pineapple, desert Boston cream pie. lol.
