About Me
I moved here from New York and I really don't know too many people(other than co-workers) because of my past work schedule, work has kept me busy. I am a shy person when it comes to meeting people for the first time but once I get to know someone I open up. I like to listen to all types of music and watch all types of movies. I enjoy Spanish(Pernil is one of my favorites), Italian, Chinese, Sushi(more the rice rolls) and West Indian food. In my free time I like to take my dog, Halo for a walk or just go for a drive. When I'm at home I like to work out and I am endeavoring to learn to cook. I was a firefighter in New York for 14 years and it is a passion of mine. In my free time I also volunteer at one of the local fire stations.
I am at the point in my life where I just want to enjoy it. I am looking for a good person to enjoy life with me and can go with the flow. I have two beautiful children, so if you have kids, it wont deter me! I have a good sense of humor and an appetite for life. I am always up to learn or do something new, but I am also just as happy relaxing at home with a good movie.

I beleive that you have to give it time and take the time to to get to know someone. Otherwise you can you can miss out on something good before it even gets the chance to begin. Like I've said I will treat you like an adult and am respectful and I would expect to be treated the same. I have a good job, my own home and car and take care of my responsibilities and still find time to volunteer. Ladies if you really are looking for a good man you have to really be looking for a good man. I hope I don't sound arrogant but I know I am of quality.

First Date
A first date is a chance to get to know someone so I would enjoy a nice meal so we would be able to talk. If the conversation/company was good, I would offer something fun like bowling or miniature golf to lighten the mood and have a good laugh (because I am a terrible bowler).
