I do my best to work out 5 days a week. It keeps my life balanced. I love challenging myself in many ways that I don't normally do. Have you gone hiking lately? I have a new found love for hiking, obviously for the fitness aspect of it, the nature, the wildlife, sometimes it involves a picnic in the hills, a blanket, gourmet treats, and a nice bottle of wine, the chance to breathe in fresh and natural air, soak up some vitamin D from the sunshine. I get a chance to give my body active recovery from tough workouts. You can usually enjoy nearly complete silence. No tv's and phones for a few hours. You have a chance to talk with your partner completely undistracted and get into great conversations and its cost effective to get yourself out of the house.
I like to eat nutritious food. I'm not a big fan of red meat, but I'm a sucker for locally grown fresh produce for better health, better taste too! I enjoy healthy eating and wine tasting. You don't have to twist MY arm! :)
I love my family and I like spending time with them. I find Yoko Ono paintings quite inspiring and very thoughtful in an out-of-the-box way. I like inspirational quotes that I can relate to, meaningful and are true. My favorite quote of all time by Shakespeare; "To thine own self be true" Being true to yourself" and don't change yourself, is the best way to go and apologize for the truth when you were wrong. Be YOU!
A long term relationship: Being able to be ME, we like what we have, I'm there. I would like to establish a friendship first, wait it out, value the friendship, see where it goes and take it from there. Let's see what happens....
