About Me
I'm a PhD student at MSU in computer science, still have probably three years to go. I work out daily at the MSU gym with an emphasis on weights, swimming, and most importantly trying to rebuild from a skydive accident by walking in knee locked braces. I broke my pelvis in half in June of '06, no spinal cord damage, but recovering slowly and walking at the gym a bit.

I did the now June triathlon in Bozeman in '11, '12 & '13, with plans for '14; swimming often, hand-cycling, and about to start using a race wheelchair. I read a lot of different subjects, have traveled the world extensively, worked a lot in silicon valley, an old high tech cowboy from Texas, lived in Jackson Hole for ten years where I was an expert paraglider and snowboarder.

Now, I am active, stimulated by school, doing some software consulting on the side, and just enjoying life, and rebuilding daily.

Would like to enjoy an eclectic lady who is looking for a match. My tastes are varied and I am very open and relaxed.

Just a quick update this 2012/'13/'14 ski season: I am truly enjoying mono skiing in a sit ski, looks like I got in over 50 days this year at Big Sky!
Another later ski update: near January 2014, started skiing the first week of December consistently! I now have a new Japanese Nissin sitski., courtesy of the VA and the Challenged Athletes. Awesome!

damn I love life! the mountains are my church!

Ok, update this April 2014, just finishing ski season at Big Sky, then the '14 Bozeman Triathlon in June! Always a great time, twice as strong this year for sure. Ready for school to start Sept at MSU, kick butt on my research and PhD! kind of fun, the kids are smart and stimulating.... How about an ice coffee at a cafe? Shoot the bull...

Still swimming M-F, walking with knee locked braces and a walker, some abs on therapy table at MSU(100 spotted with my trainer), and some weights.

all in all, a high tech cowboy, tied to a wheelchair, but not limited by life!

First Date
In Bozeman, probably hit Open Range for a drink, a martini or glass of wine, decide where to go for dinner, thai/steak/sushi/euro/etc, then perhaps catch some late music. Compania's Italian is a little jewel of a great atmosphere, great pizza & reasonable wine with a great outdoor venue for spring! (great outdoor patio)

or an initial meeting at a local coffee shop, perhaps a bookstore and a coffee, maybe not a movie, just great conversation.

communicate bebe, that's life!
