About Me
Everyone is charting their own unique path through life, and I've found that kindness, generosity and understanding are great tools for adding comfort, enjoyment and satisfaction to the ride. I consider myself to be someone who is working toward a better, smarter future. I believe many facets of western culture are sick, and am excited about an emerging ideology based on mutual trust and respect that is beginning to coalesce. With that in mind, I try to make sure to perpetuate and support those things that I find valuable and redeeming about the world we inhabit - music, art, originality, creativity, harmony.
I'm the guy at work that can make everyone laugh and smile, while sometimes being a bit over the top or taking things a little too far. I would argue that this behavior boosts morale, but some may disagree. I think it's important not to lose sight of our humanity, so I do my best do bring an air of levity to the workplace without sacrificing the quality of my contributions - especially when everyone is being treated like a robot.
Materialism and superficialities are not important to me - I prefer depth and substance over a vacuous barbie doll any day of the week. I do, however, respect someone who takes care of themselves and holds themselves to high standards.
Shared values, intelligence, sense of humor, and some common interests are important to me in a relationship. We should be able to enjoy, appreciate the world together, but not at the expense of learning new and interesting things both independently and from one another.
Some things I enjoy would be considered controversial by some.. fair warning.
