In Seward, Alaska , my daughter and l lived in a migrant camp and worked on a berry farm. Got my yellow card for working on a forest fire.
I swapped out a truck engine during a desert sandstorm in the high country on the the Mexican border
I got caught in a three day blizzaard at 9000 feet in the mountains of Montana.
Had my kids climbing on the side of cliffs by the age of four.
Sleeping on a glacier, watched a baby mountain goat lick the salt off my sleeping daughter's face
I need a woman that wants to share the high adventures of life.
When I was young my dad read to me in bed ... his favorite book,?? The autobiography, "The Adventures of Richard Hallibuton" Have you read it? Have you heard of it? I caught my father's desire for adventure. and the enjoyment of life.
I want a woman who desires for her life to brim over .
I'm a widower age 63.
I retired at age 49. With my wife for 41 years. I had four wonderful daughters two living in L.A., and the baby starting her Masters in applied mathematics. I tell her the guys in the math department are going fall over their feet for her and she responds "Daaaaaad you're soo irritating!!"".
Unfortunately my oldest girl Tikvah , (We spent months together adventuring around the world) passed away last fall from breast cancer. With the loss of my wife and daughter , the last 3 years have not been the kindest to me.
I love being with children.
My children have been the best part of my life...I enjoyed doing ,teaching, playing with the kids. I think what I enjoyed the most was working around the house together. (when I could bamboozal one ,that is) (( acttually when I kiddnapped someone to assist for an emergency procedure at my dental clinic was the most rewarding))) Washing the floor or repairing a faucet. If a girlie was there it was a wonderful time.
never had a boy Wonder what that would be like???. Differant than four girls.????????
I think of myself as one of Madison"s experts on urinary tract infections...
What did I do today?
Got out of bed at 9:00 A.M. If you had been there I would have come right back to bed.in a playful mood. Hopefully, you would want to play.
Made two large latte's for breakfast and practiced classical guitar while I sipped on them. I t's how I like my coffee now, ----live music that I supply.. --
It's become a nice habbit.
Spent a couple hours reading the news (I am a news junky) speculated in foreign currencies ( I enjoy that)
Lifted weights for two hours. I try to do that daily.
Shopped for groceries.
Made dinner for myself. Roasted asperagus, egg white omelette, cherries. (I can't resist them) I have gorged on them (Me and Zorba)
I like woman that are smarter than me. ( I am moderately smart,,,,,,,,my wife would say " Yeah a real smart ass.")
I like to paint (abstract), collect art, garden, mountain climb, avid bicyclist, dancing
With the right woman I can dance for hours.
Any former ballerina's out there.?
I would love to have a dancers body laying next to mine.
This is how I talk ----think Any writers out there? Would enjoy collaborative writing.. This my poor excuse of a Bukowski rant .
I am looking for a woman that enjoys the company of her man.
Cook dinner together,
maybe someone uncorks a bottle of wine ( "Honey, you are such a bad influence..") ...
Maybe dinner gets postponed and we while away an hour in a differant room of the house.
Thats what I'm looking for care to join me?
