(Psst....! If you can't even start off by telling your CORRECT age, don't even bother!! We all know when guys "claim" to be younger than they are!! Please have full body and closeup pictures, as there are too many deceptive people. Thank you!)
I loved being married and am interested in a guy who, unlike my ex, meant what he promised his wife at that altar. So if it is as surprising to you as it is to me that, at our age, we are on dating sites looking for someone to spend the rest of our lives with, then YOU are the kind of guy I'm interested in hearing from! I don't want anyone to break my heart again! Also....I have a very positive disposition and need someone similar to grow old with - I gravitate toward "happy" people! :)
I love being active outside year 'round and am hoping to find someone with similar interests. I like the "simple things" in life - doing things together and spending time w/ "the guy" in my life and with my children as a family! Granted, my "family unit" is no longer part of the plans I'd had in mind way back when, but I have no doubt that there are guys in this world w/ the same hopes and aspirations as mine, those who place the importance of "family" at the top of their list!! THAT'S the kind of guy I'm looking for...obviously NOT the kind of guy I ended up having children with! I'm looking forward to blending my family with yours and fulfilling the dreams I've always had....and I can't wait for that to happen, quite honestly!!
FWIW - If you are or have been a smoker, I am not interested, whether on a daily basis or only when having a drink. Physical attraction is as important as well - I'm attracted to a guy who takes care of himself, eats relatively healthy, exercises on a somewhat regular basis, not a couch potato, etc. Thank you!
BTW - If you're able to have a "normal" conversation with someone, that'd be fanTAStic!! It's amazing how so many seem to be lacking in that department!
Jet off to a tropical island so we can enjoy a little umbrella drink or two!
Just kiddin'!! :) On a more serious note, after an initial "meet & greet," I prefer to do some type of fun activity, in order to get a better "feel" (so to speak! LOL!) of what type of guy you are, as opposed to having it seem more like an interview. Although I've very outgoing, until I get to know someone, I have a tendency to be a bit reserved on the initial meeting (but THEN....watch OUT! ;)
