All you need is love
Laughter is the best medicine

I'm told I'm a combination of Linus and Tigger, and all the Beatle songs rolled into one...you do the math. lol
I'm asst mgr at BoJangles' on Peter's Creek Rd every Tues. - Sat 4 a.m. - 2 p.m.
I like different things. Two years ago, I dressed up a bit and took my youngest daughter to her first (my second) opera, and 3 months later, we rock 'n rolled at a Paul McCartney concert. Last year I got her 'n my son to see Ringo. British humour is more my style, though I DO roll on the floor watching Big Bang Theory.
I want my last first date. I want the passion of 18,250 (50 years worth) one night stands with the same woman. I want my friend, mrs, and better half.
I don't have much to offer, except my heart. And that's only good for friendship, love, and loyalty.
Folks call me a hopeless romantic, and...I'd buy that. But I'd change that, if I could, to a hopeFUL romantic.
My favourite movie of ALL TIME is "It's a Wonderful Life", followed by "Raiders of the Lost Ark" and "Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade". Yes, in THAT order. In the "Also Ran" category is "Always" and "Mr Holland's Opus".
The following is an original lyric written for a fantasy woman. Paul McCartney said that he wrote every love song for Linda - HIS "friend, mrs, and better half". And I got to thinking, IF I had a "Linda", what would I write? And this is one of 2...the one I like better...
Laughing Down Lonely Roads Lance Kirtley
I close my eyes
And dream about tomorrow
And the things I’m gonna do
I can face the future
Just as long as I have you
I was alone
Until you came into my life
And I fell in love with you
I have so many dreams
I’d like to share with you
I want to feel your hand in mine
As we chase the dancing moon
When we race across the fields
I know that very soon
We’ll be laughing down lonely roads together
So come with me
Say you’ll stay forever
We can share a single life
I’d be happy as your husband
And I’d love for you to be
